About
I work with large enterprise accounts on the decisions that actually determine whether a cloud investment pays off.
Day to day, that means owning executive relationships and technical strategy — architecture decisions, cost optimization, escalation ownership, and AI adoption, from kickoff through production. Before this, I spent three years as a Cloud Support Engineer, where I'm the subject matter expert for Amazon Quick — running global enablement, automating infrastructure workflows, and building an internal support tool on Claude and Bedrock. My path there started in data engineering, with roles at Bose and GE Aviation, which is probably why I still go looking for the data behind a decision rather than just the dashboard on top of it.
On enterprise AI adoption
Most enterprise AI initiatives stall between the pilot and production — not because the model isn't good enough, but because nobody mapped the workflow, the data access, or the trust boundary it needs to live in. My job is to close that gap: understand what a customer's teams actually do all day, then build the guardrails and tooling that let AI meet them there, instead of asking them to change everything at once.

Projects
Well-Architected Framework Reviews
Run Well-Architected reviews across compute, storage, database, and serverless workloads for enterprise accounts — translating findings into prioritized remediation plans customers actually execute.
Cloud Cost Optimization Roadmap
Analyzed enterprise consumption patterns to surface idle resources, misconfigured services, and underused reservations, then packaged findings into an ROI-backed roadmap for the account team and customer leadership.
Enterprise Amazon Quick Migration
Led the migration of 300 Power BI dashboards to Amazon Quick for a major enterprise account — mapping every source system and rebuilding reporting logic from scratch with zero disruption to business operations.
Global Amazon Quick Enablement Program
Built and delivered technical training as the org's Amazon Quick subject-matter expert, ramping engineers worldwide on complex multi-service topics.
LLM Support Assistant
Designed and shipped an internal support tool on Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic Claude to triage and answer common engineer questions before they reached a human queue.
Escalation Auto-Resolution Bot
Built a Python automation that detects and auto-closes resolved support escalations, clearing backlog that previously required manual triage.
Success Stories
Migrating 300 dashboards without anyone noticing
An enterprise account had 300 Power BI dashboards deeply embedded in daily operations, owned by different teams with no shared documentation between them.
Rather than a lift-and-shift, I mapped every source system and reporting dependency first, then rebuilt the logic natively in Amazon Quick.
All 300 dashboards migrated with zero disruption to business operations — nobody on the customer side had to change how they worked.
Turning cloud spend into a strategy conversation
The account's cloud spend had drifted from actual usage — idle resources, misconfigured services, reservations nobody remembered buying.
I built an ROI-backed cost optimization roadmap from the consumption data, then used it to reframe the quarterly business review from a status update into a strategy conversation.
The roadmap surfaced real expansion and renewal opportunities — cost optimization became the entry point for a bigger conversation about where the account was headed next.
Building the fix before it became a bigger problem
Engineers were waiting too long for answers to common, repetitive support questions, and the queue was absorbing time that should have gone to harder problems.
I designed and shipped an internal support tool on Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic Claude to triage and resolve the routine questions automatically.
First-response time dropped 40%, freeing the team to focus on the escalations that actually needed a human.
